MAN SENTENCED TO PRISON FOR LARCENY
BASSETERRE, St. Kitts, (August 26th 2008)- Jeff Anthony of Basseterre who was charged with the offence of Larceny, appeared before the District ‘A’ Magistrate Court on Monday 25th August 2008. He was convicted and sentenced to one year in prison.
The offence was committed between July 11th and 18th 2008, when Anthony stole two batteries valued at EC$700.00 from the truck of Melvin Hewlette, which was parked at his band house on College Street.
