POLICE INVESTIGATE MURDER
BASSETERRE, St.Kitts, (August 23rd 2008)-Police are investigating a fatal shooting incident which occurred at about 11:25 pm on 23rd August 2008 at Ottleys Village. Investigations reveal that Steve Pemberton 30, of Ottley’s Village was walking through an alley in the area known as ‘Italy’ when he was attacked by an armed man who fired several rounds of ammunition at him. He sustained multiple gunshot injuries and was taken to the JNF Hospital where he later died. One suspect is in custody assisting Police in their investigation.
